All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers that exercise full operational control of charter flights at all times. Some flights will be operated by Wayfarer Aviation, Inc. (Certificate #AJCA418C) operating in full compliance with all FAA safety standards and additional safety standards established by Wayfarer. Some flights will be arranged by Wayfarer but be operated by other FAA certificated FAR Part 135 air carriers that have been approved by Wayfarer to meet its standards.
